Supervisor
Enhance your supervisory skills by seeking training opportunities available now. The Workplace Enrichment (WE) Committee, in consultation with the Leadership Development Group of Learning and Development, has created a roadmap to the courses currently available in DOILearn. DOILearn is avalaibale to all NPS employees and encompasses not only courses that have been created in house, bus also 2,400 online training courses provided through SkillSoft.
This supervisory curriculum suggests courses that may best assist developing supervisors and emerging leaders in areas like leadership, supervision, and surrent issues, and organizes the courses so that you can access it at a glance. Courses are arranged by year to guide you from introductory to more advanced levels. Learning objectives are included to inform your selection and you can choose from classroom and/or courses delivered online.
